FounderMind（以下「本アプリ」）は、株式会社AlphaByte（以下「当社」）が提供します。本アプリはオフライン優先で設計されており、当社は取得する情報を必要最小限にとどめています。本ポリシーは、本アプリにおける情報の取り扱いを説明するものです。

1取得する情報Information we handle

(a) お客様が入力する情報（オンボーディング）
お名前（ニックネーム）、性別、年代、立場、流入経路、目標・関心・お気に入りの経営者、通知の時刻や回数などをお伺いすることがあります。これらはお客様の端末内（App Group）にのみ保存され、当社のサーバーへ送信されることはありません（当社はこの用途のサーバーを運用していません）。アプリを削除すると、これらの情報も端末から消去されます。

(b) 購入・サブスクリプション情報
課金は Apple（App Store / StoreKit）を通じて処理され、サブスクリプションの管理には RevenueCat を利用します。当社および RevenueCat は、購入状況・サブスクリプションの有効性、匿名のアプリ利用者ID、OS/端末の基本情報を、権利の付与や購入の復元のために受け取ります。当社がお客様の氏名・カード番号・Apple ID を受け取ることはありません。

(c) 写真ライブラリ
名言カードを保存する操作を行ったときにのみ、写真ライブラリへの「追加」権限を使用します。当社がお客様の写真を読み取ることはありません。

(d) 通知
毎日の名言通知は、お客様の端末上でローカルにスケジュールされます。

  • 広告の配信を行いません。
  • 解析・トラッキングSDK（Firebase Analytics、広告識別子/IDFA、アプリ間トラッキング等）を使用しません。
  • お客様の情報を販売・貸与しません。
  • アカウント登録を求めません。

4データの保存と保持Storage & retention

お客様が入力した情報や設定は、お客様の端末内にのみ保存されます。アプリを削除すると消去されます。購入記録は、Apple および RevenueCat が各社のポリシーに従って保持します。

5子どものプライバシーChildren

本アプリは13歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。13歳未満の子どもから意図的に情報を取得することはありません。

6お客様の権利Your rights

端末内に保存された情報は、アプリを削除することでいつでも消去できます。ご自身に関する情報についてのお問い合わせは、下記の連絡先までご連絡ください。

7国際的なデータの取り扱いInternational transfers

Apple・RevenueCat・Google など第三者サービスによる処理は、日本国外で行われる場合があります。

8本ポリシーの変更Changes

当社は本ポリシーを随時改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページの最終更新日を更新します。

FounderMind (the “App”) is provided by AlphaByte Inc. (“we,” “us”). The App is designed to be offline-first, and we keep the information we handle to a minimum. This policy explains how information is handled in the App.

1Information we handle

(a) Information you provide (onboarding). We may ask for a name (nickname), gender, age range, role, referral source, goals, interests, favorite leaders, and notification preferences. This is stored only on your device (App Group) and is never transmitted to our servers (we operate no server for this purpose). Deleting the App removes it from your device.

(b) Purchase & subscription information. Payments are processed by Apple (App Store / StoreKit), and subscriptions are managed via RevenueCat. We and RevenueCat receive purchase/subscription status, an anonymous app-user identifier, and basic device/OS information to grant entitlements and restore purchases. We do not receive your name, card number, or Apple ID.

(c) Photo library. We use “add-only” photo permission solely when you choose to save a quote card. We do not read your photos.

(d) Notifications. Daily quote notifications are scheduled locally on your device.

2Third-party services

  • We do not serve ads.
  • We do not use analytics or tracking SDKs (e.g., Firebase Analytics, advertising identifiers/IDFA, cross-app tracking).
  • We do not sell or rent your information.
  • We do not require an account.

4Storage & retention

Information you enter and your settings are stored only on your device and are removed when you delete the App. Purchase records are retained by Apple and RevenueCat under their respective policies.

5Children

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

6Your rights

You can remove information stored on your device at any time by deleting the App. For questions about your information, contact us at the address below.

7International transfers

Processing by third-party services such as Apple, RevenueCat, and Google may occur outside Japan.

8Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. For material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date on this page.
