FounderMind
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、株式会社AlphaByte（以下「当社」）が提供するアプリケーション「FounderMind」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロードまたは利用することで、お客様は本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
当社は、お客様に対し、本規約に従って本アプリを私的・非商業的に利用するための、譲渡不能・非独占的なライセンスを付与します。お客様は、本アプリの複製・改変・リバースエンジニアリング・再配布・再販売を行ってはなりません。
本アプリは「FounderMind Pro」の自動更新サブスクリプションを提供します。
料金: 年額 ¥5,980（3日間の無料トライアルつき） / 週額 ¥980。価格はストアの表示および地域により異なる場合があります。
課金: お支払いは購入確定時に Apple ID アカウントへ請求されます。
自動更新: 現在の期間終了の24時間前までに自動更新をオフにしない限り、サブスクリプションは自動的に更新され、更新料金が請求されます。
管理・解約: 購入後に App Store の「アカウント設定」からいつでも管理・解約できます。
無料トライアル: 無料トライアル期間が付与される場合、サブスクリプションを購入すると未使用分は失効します。
課金・返金は Apple の定めるポリシーに従います。返金については Apple にお問い合わせください。
本アプリの名言・肖像・スピーチ抜粋・動画は、モチベーションおよび教育を目的として提供されます。名言は原典（スピーチ・手紙・著書・インタビュー等）に帰属し、肖像写真は Wikimedia Commons の各ライセンスに基づいて使用しています。当社は内容の正確性・完全性を保証するものではありません。本アプリの内容は、法務・財務・投資・その他の専門的助言を構成するものではありません。
本アプリおよびそのデザイン・ソフトウェア・オリジナルコンテンツに関する知的財産権は、当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。第三者に帰属するコンテンツの権利は各権利者に帰属します。
本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供され、当社は明示・黙示を問わず、特定目的への適合性・非侵害性を含むいかなる保証も行いません。本アプリが中断なく、またはエラーなく動作することを保証しません。
適用法令が許容する範囲において、当社は、本アプリの利用または利用不能から生じるいかなる間接的・付随的・特別・結果的損害についても責任を負いません。
本アプリは Apple、RevenueCat、YouTube／Google などの第三者サービスを利用します。これらのサービスの利用には、各社の規約およびポリシーが適用されます。
お客様が本規約に違反した場合、当社は事前の通知なく本アプリの利用を停止または終了させることができます。お客様はいつでも本アプリを削除することで利用を終了できます。
本規約は日本法に準拠し、これに従って解釈されます。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
当社は本規約を随時改定することがあります。改定後に本アプリを継続して利用した場合、改定後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of the “FounderMind” application (the “App”) provided by AlphaByte Inc. (“we,” “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the App.
The App offers an auto-renewing “FounderMind Pro” subscription.
Price: ¥5,980 / year (with a 3-day free trial) or ¥980 / week. Prices may vary by store and region.
Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewal: The subscription automatically renews and your account is charged the renewal fee unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Manage / cancel: You can manage or cancel at any time in your App Store account settings after purchase.
Free trial: Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Billing and refunds are governed by Apple’s policies. Please contact Apple regarding refunds.
Quotes, portraits, speech excerpts, and videos in the App are provided for motivational and educational purposes. Quotes are attributed to their original sources (speeches, letters, books, interviews, etc.), and portraits are used under their respective Wikimedia Commons licenses. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the content. Nothing in the App constitutes legal, financial, investment, or other professional advice.
Intellectual property rights in the App and its design, software, and original content belong to us or our licensors. Third-party content remains the property of its respective owners.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will operate uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the App.
The App uses third-party services including Apple, RevenueCat, and YouTube/Google. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
We may suspend or terminate your use of the App without prior notice if you breach these Terms. You may end your use at any time by deleting the App.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
