Inko
Inko（以下「本アプリ」）は、株式会社AlphaByte（以下「当社」）が提供するAI音声会話による語学学習アプリです。本アプリは学習データを端末内に保存する設計を基本とし、当社が取得する情報を必要最小限にとどめています。本ポリシーは、本アプリにおける情報の取り扱いを説明するものです。
本アプリの利用にはアカウント登録（Apple でサインイン / Google でサインイン / メールアドレス）が必要です。認証基盤には Supabase（Supabase Inc.）を利用しており、当社が保持するのは認証に必要な識別子（メールアドレス等）のみです。認証セッションはお使いの端末のキーチェーンに安全に保存されます。
AIとの会話中、マイクの音声と会話内容（テキスト化されたもの）は、リアルタイム会話・レッスンノート生成・復習ポッドキャスト生成のために Google の Gemini API（Google LLC）へ送信されます。送信は当社のサーバー（Supabase Edge Functions）を経由するか、単回使用トークンにより Google へ直接行われます。
以下の学習データはすべてお使いの端末内にのみ保存され、当社のサーバーには送信・保存されません。
機種変更やアプリ削除により、これらのデータは失われます（現在クラウド同期機能はありません）。
会話の音声録音、および任意で有効化できる画面・カメラの録画（会話の縦型動画化）は、すべて端末内にのみ保存されます。当社がこれらのファイルを受け取ることはありません。
課金は Apple（App Store / StoreKit）を通じて処理されます。当社がお客様の氏名・カード番号・Apple ID を受け取ることはありません。
学習リマインダーの通知は、お客様の端末上でローカルにスケジュールされます。
端末内の学習データは、アプリの設定からいつでも一括削除できます。アカウントは、アプリの設定内「アカウント削除」からいつでも完全に削除でき、当社が保持する認証情報も消去されます。
当社は広告SDK・トラッキングSDKを使用していません。
本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。13歳未満のお子様の個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。
本ポリシーを改定する場合は、本ページにて最新の内容を公開します。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内でお知らせします。

Inko (the "App") is an AI voice-conversation language learning app provided by AlphaByte, Inc. ("we", "us"). The App is designed to keep your learning data on your device, and we collect only the minimum information necessary.
Using the App requires an account (Sign in with Apple, Google, or email). Authentication is provided by Supabase (Supabase Inc.), and we hold only the identifiers required for authentication (such as your email address). Your session is stored securely in your device's Keychain.
During conversations, your microphone audio and conversation transcripts are sent to Google's Gemini API (Google LLC) to power the real-time conversation, generate your lesson notes, and create review podcasts. Data is routed through our server (Supabase Edge Functions) or sent directly to Google using a single-use token.
The following learning data is stored only on your device and never sent to or stored on our servers:
This data is lost if you delete the App or switch devices (there is currently no cloud sync).
Conversation audio recordings, and the optional screen and camera recording feature, are saved only on your device. We never receive these files.
Payments are processed by Apple (App Store / StoreKit). We never receive your name, card number, or Apple ID.
Study reminders are scheduled locally on your device.
You can delete all learning data on your device at any time from the App's settings. You can also permanently delete your account from Settings → Delete Account, which erases the authentication data we hold.
We do not use any advertising or tracking SDKs.
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If we update this policy, the latest version will be published on this page. We will notify you in the App of any material changes.
